This $51m renovation of existing DCPS school included partial re-skin, facade upgrades, a 7,500sf addition, structural upgrades to add a rooftop classroom garden above the gymnasium, and full-gut renovation. A full suite of preconstruction services was provided including estimating, value management, cost trending, subcontractor outreach, and GMP.
